TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Customer" means anyone who uses or accesses Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert facilities or services; "Facilities" includes gaming areas, dining establishments, lounges, parking areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, lobbies, stairways, driveways and walkways within the casino premises; "Services" includes entertainment events, restaurants, bars, gaming opportunities, internet access, kiosks, telephone or mail services; "We", "Us" or "Our" refers to Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By entering any Facility or using Our Services, Customer acknowledges that they have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Customer must be at least 19 years of age to access our Facilities and use our Services (unless a lower minimum age is specified in relation to specific events or activities). Proof of age may be required upon request by Casino Staff, Security Personnel or Law Enforcement Officers.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
Access to the casino premises will not be permitted if Customer has been self-excluded from gaming through Our Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program or barred under any other jurisdiction's regulations and laws governing access restrictions for gamblers. Customers are subject to routine security checks, bag checks and searches of personal effects as deemed necessary by Security Personnel.
GAMBLING AGE RESTRICTIONS
To participate in Gaming Opportunities at Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert, Customer must be 19 years or older (unless a lower minimum age is specified in relation to specific games). Proof of identification may be required upon request by our staff for all patrons participating in gaming activities.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES
Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert adheres to the province's regulatory standards and responsible gambling frameworks, as outlined under Saskatchewan's Gaming Regulations Act. This includes supporting voluntary self-exclusion programs where gamblers can exclude themselves from accessing Our Facilities or Services for designated periods of time.
GAMBLING AGE RESTRICTIONS – SASKATCHEWAN
To participate in gaming activities at Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert, Customer must meet the requirements set forth under Saskatchewan's Gaming Regulations Act, which prohibits individuals who are not at least 19 years old from participating in such events or engaging with any type of game that involves risk (with certain exceptions as stated within provincial law).
PATRON AGE RESTRICTIONS
Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert operates and complies fully with the rules set by Saskatchewan's Gaming Regulations Act, which mandates an age minimum requirement for patrons at 19 years old. Access to our Facilities or participation in Our Services will not be granted if this stipulation is breached.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND ITEMS
Smoking (including e-cigarettes), possession of fireworks and any other hazardous material that may pose a risk to the safety, health or security of people within the casino premises is strictly forbidden under these Terms and Conditions, as well as provincial laws regulating public spaces in Saskatchewan.
PATRON RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACTIONS AND CONDUCT
Northern Lights Casino Prince Albert has implemented clear policies on responsible gaming practices for its patrons based upon Canadian provincial standards (with some specific guidance given to those operating at or above the mandatory age). This includes promoting community reinvestment and fair play norms throughout Our Facilities, which encourage a healthier gaming environment with opportunities provided both physically inside our facilities as well as digitally through technology integrated into services available at the location.
